 Article 1 : Legal

The participation to all campaigns linked to Gambling-Affiliation requires that you, the affiliate, adhere to our Terms & Conditions.

 Article 2 : Validation sites

The Advertisers at Gambling-Affiliation have provided us with very specific criteria for selecting sites that can be approved to promote their campaigns. The Validation of sites, that have been applied for by the affiliate, for these campaigns are made according to these criteria. Gambling Affiliation and advertisers reserve the right not to disclose the selection criteria. Gambling-Affiliation also reserves the right not to justify in any way, why an affiliate has been rejected on his/her application for a specific campaign.

 Article 3 : Use of banners and text links

Affiliate sites must be approved before they can promote any of the campaigns available. The approval of these applications mean that the site complies with all the criteria established by advertisers for their campaigns, as defined in Article 2 of this Regulation. Banners and text links for the various campaigns available should only be used on a licensed site and one that has been approved by Gambling-Affiliation. We reserve the right to immediately exclude or close an affiliate account if the affiliate has a site that willfully or negligently allowed the use of banners or text links on the site without previously registering that URL on his/her affiliate account and also if that site has not as yet been validated by Gambling-Affiliation.

 Article 4 : The Inventive

The incentive is to pay people compensation for their inclusion on a site. And this includes in anyway whatsoever, to reimburse the players deposits, pay the player cashback, offer gifts upon a successful sign-up, offer points for sign-ups or any other incentivized method offer to the player in order for him/her to register. The practice of offering incentives is strictly prohibited on all campaigns offered at Gambling-Affiliation. Incentives will ONLY be allowed if the words "authorized under incentive conditions - contact Gambling-Affiliation" are in the campaign description. The advertiser and Gambling Affiliation will in no way what-so-ever be engaged under an incentive set-up without prior notification by email of the campaign. As a result the gains or other benefits of this unauthorized incentive program will not be paid to the affiliates. All gains generated by this type of unauthorized activity will be immediately canceled and the affiliate will be flagged as a high-risk affiliate and his/her account will be de-activated immediately and permanently.

 Article 5 : Emailing and SPAM

In accordance with the laws and regulations, we recall that the emailing and SPAM practices are regulated. The sending of mass emails containing Gambling-Affiliation links to recipients who did not accept to be contacted (via a registration form for example) is absolutely prohibited. Any violation of these terms will cause the elimination of commissions generated and the affiliate will be flagged as a high risk if this does not stop which would allow Gambling-Affiliation the right to de-active this account on a permanent basis.

 Article 6 : Ethics and quality

Gambling-Affiliation and its advertisers, check the quality of all players recruited by our affiliates on a monthly basis. The conditions for obtaining a CPA are also analyzed (minimum deposit, Number of points the player needs to meet, minimum number of bets placed etc …), as well as the players activity. All of the checks done are in-depth checks that are essential to prevent any type of player/affiliate fraud are essential.
Non-compliance with this regulation may result in cancellation of leads or the exclusion of the affiliate from our Gambling Affiliation network.
