1# - Spring 2026 - Backend Developer (PHP / Symfony)

Gambling Affiliation is hiring a Backend Developer to join our growing team in Malta and contribute to a core platform at the heart of our business.

SUMMARY:

We’re hiring a Backend Developer to join our team. We are a focused team (~20 people) building and evolving a core affiliate platform used in production. You will contribute to our main product and support additional internal projects.

MISSIONS : 

• Work on a **business-critical platform** with complex logic
• Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions
• Contribute to code quality, architecture, and continuous improvement
• Take ownership of your work from design to delivery

TECH STACK : 

• PHP 8.3+, Symfony 7, Doctrine ORM, MySQL
• Memcached, PHPUnit
• Bitbucket Pipelines, Grafana (Docker)
• RabbitMQ (planned)

PROFILE : 

• Has professional experience in PHP development (Symfony is a strong plus)
• Is comfortable working with relational databases and ORM
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can quickly understand and navigate **complex business rules
• Works autonomously while collaborating effectively
• Has a good level of English

2# - Spring 2026 - Affiliate Manager - Emerging markets / verticals

As part of a growing iGaming affiliate team we are looking for passionate and experienced  Affiliate Managers fluent in English with very good knowlegde of the iGaming affiliate industry who will be part of an international team.

SUMMARY:

• Developping our presence in our newly targeted markets and verticals
• Monitoring and analysing affiliate and campaign performance to measure effectiveness
• Searching and identifying potential affiliates
• Negotiating with new potential gaming operators to join our platform,
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensure all KPI’s, traffic and revenue targets are met or exceeded
• Suggest and implement initiatives for growth
• Manage multiple accounts, analyse data and continually strive for increased performance

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum of 1 year experience  in the iGaming industry as an Affiliate Manager for an online gambling operators
• Strong sales, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Portofolio of Affiliates (Sport, Casino, Poker, Bingo etc ...)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowlegde of the Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint etc ...)
• Great Ability to negotiate commercial deals.
• Dynamic personality, motivated, flexible and able to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English, another language is a plus
